Hi, I'm Colleen

I'm the only walker at Pelley's Puppies — and that's exactly how I designed it.

When you hire me, you get me. Not a rotating cast of strangers dispatched by an app. Not a harried employee trying to squeeze in as many walks as possible. Just me, showing up for your dog the same way every time.

I started Pelley's Puppies because I believe dog walking should be personal. Your dog isn't a line item on someone's schedule — they're a member of your family, and they deserve someone who treats them that way.

Why I Do This

I've always been the person who sits on the floor at parties to hang out with the dog. The one who crosses the street to say hello to every pup I pass. The friend who volunteers to pet-sit every chance I get.

For years, that love for dogs was just part of who I am. But eventually, I realized I could turn it into something more — a business built on genuine connection, where every dog gets the attention and care they deserve.

I live right here in Napa Valley, and I'm building Pelley's Puppies one relationship at a time. With your dog. And with you.

A Special Love for the “Difficult” Ones

Let me be honest: I've never met a pit bull I didn't want to sit on the floor with. Rottweilers? Absolute sweethearts. Cane Corsos? Giant babies who just want to lean against you.

I've seen too many incredible dogs get turned away by walkers who are nervous about their breed. Or charged extra. Or treated with side-eye instead of the love they deserve.

At Pelley's Puppies, there are no breed restrictions. No surcharges for “scary” breeds. No judgment. Just a walker who sees your dog for who they actually are: a good dog who deserves a great walk.
